We got to the Male Airport and our flight was delayed so we took a ferry for 3$ over to the city of Male in the rain at the dead of night. Faz stopped by the fishmarket to pick up some Maldivian fish for his mother, this is him wheeling and dealing.

Me, Missy, and our friends Faz, Shez, Jignesh, and Becky stayed at the Paradise Island Water Villas in the Maldives. My past tropical Island experiences were mostly in the caribbean and one trip to Maui. The Maldives blew my other experiences out of the crystal clear blue water. The seclusion, quality of water, and snorkeling were just above and beyond.

I had to get in the water and risk the Camera to get a picture of the back of the Villa. Notice the Jacuzzi back there, we got the Ipod speakers hooked up and hung out in there. Paradise.

At least daily when walking to and from our Villa we would see these Sharks as well as Stingrays which I couldn’t grab a good picture of, as you can imagine the snorkling in the Maldives was the best. We even saw one of these guys under the water one day when we were snorkeling.
